Technical glich

Cross examination is not an easy task if the witness knows what he is talking about.

It took me 2 full days to finish my cross on this bank officer who kept moving the "goal post" each time I tried hitting in a first timer. 

Two banks are claiming about RM35 million from 25 inviduals who are said to have perpetuated fraud against the banks by monopolising a technical glich in the banks' IT system. 

The banks have thus far called 4 witnesses and their final witness will be called in March, 2018 after which the banks will rest their case.

Submissions on this case are going to be interesting.
