Mean wife

In 1988 a newly married couple decided to buy a house. Out of love, the husband registers the house on the wife's name and pays the mortgage in full. Husband and wife stays in the matrimonial house bringing up their children happily. Their children grew up in the matrimonial home and started to work, got married and moved to the own abode leaving both husband and wife at home. Sound very normal.
30 years down the road things took a turn for the worse. The husband got admitted in Hospital for eye surgery and the wife remains at home. After almost one month in Hospital, the husband is discharged and eagerly took a taxi home.
Upon reaching his matrimonial home, the husband was told by the neighbour that the neighbour had bought the house from his wife when the husband was admitted in hospital and the husband was given two days to pack up and leave the matrimonial house. The husband was shocked, angry, agitated and felt humiliated.
The husband met me, we had a chat and we decided to sue the wife for breach of trust. We conducted a search at the land office and noted that the matrimonial home was sold by the wife for RM400,000-00.
On 10/01/2019, the Court granted the husband judgement in the sum of RM400,000-00 with interest and costs and fixed 22/02/2019 for assessment of damages.
The moral of the story - if you cant trust your wife, who do you trust.
