Hi all,

After all the preparations and having reached the Court before time, I was informed by a clerk of the Court, as I was walking up the staircase to the 2nd floor of the Temerloh Court Complex, that the Land Acquisition hearing has been removed from the hearing list as the State Legal Advisor has yet to file his submissions as instructed.

The hearing date was therefore converted to case management and 27/08/2019 has now been fixed as the new hearing date. The new date for the State Legal Advisor to file his submission is nor on or before 31/07/2019. Hope he files on time this time around.

Things like this can be a little sickening but it is part and parcel of litigation. There are things that we can do on time and there are things that cannot be done.
