Legal action on death at Bauxsite mines

Yesterday, we filed two (2) writs against the owner of land that caused the death of three (3) children sometime in February, 2017. 

It is pleaded, that although, the land is of agriculteral use for rubber plantation only, the owner nonethless did bauxite mining without any state lease.

At 2.00 pm today I will hold a press conference at Shahzan Inn Kuantan, whereby copies of thr Writ and Statement of Claim will be distributed.
