Razman Nizar appeal

Hi all
The Razman vs Nizar appeal against the decision of the Sessions Court, Ipoh was heard on 27/09/2018 at the High Court Ipoh before His Lordship Anselm Charles Fernandis JC.
The Sessions Court had found Razman to have defamed Nizar over an article which appeard in the Sinar Harian. The Sessions Court had awarded Nizar a sum of RM200,000-00 in damages, interest and costs together with an injunction restraining Razman his servants and/or agents from further publishing the impugned article.
The appeal went on fine and we sincerely pray that the Appeal be allowed.
